A Message From Doc I specialize in custom leather products. That means each piece is made by hand including cutting out the leather parts, lacing, stitching, tooling, dyeing, finishing, and assembling. That hand work is done by me (Doc Hayes) and I have high standards for the quality of what I produce. I have been approached to produce mass quantities of items but resist this entirely. I believe a custom leather item is something very important to the person to whom it will belong. It deserves attention to the details that individual desires. Therefore, each custom piece is made to order after you and I confer and come to important decisions relative to its design, function, and finish. What is a satisfied customer? I believe a satisfied customer is someone who gets the item he or she wants, made to his or her specifications, in a reasonable time, and at a price that feels right (not cheap... but not artifically inflated, either).
